Excellent Idea Sir!! But I have few concerns regarding it which I'll discuss later. We can use two Iron sheets in arched shape and stuff snow between them and leave it to settle to make it rock solid. Even closing iron sheets and making it like a container and filling it with water will make it even more stronger as ice has more strength than snow .It's main advantage is that more the snowfall greater will be its strength. My major concern is that due to rise in temperature in surrounding, may be due to vehicles' smoke may break it and it can be catastrophic. I don't know the region well so if the area is covered with THICK snow 365 days then it's really good but if thickness is very less then it may raise some concern.

Try using rubber arches as base. Add coir, coco peat and cotton on top of the rubber. This absorbs and retains water.

@Sonam Wangchuk , we can also use pykrete for creating the arches and the temperature up there will also favour for the same. We can use cheap recycled plastic sheets to structure the arches and as winter approaches, we can start pouring out the pykrete over sheets and allow it to freeze with time and further create more layer of it to provide strength

I have a few questions about this method that if you are making any porous material to soak water and then letting it freeze then the weight will be immense and also over time the material that is being used for the purpose will lose its ability to soak water and also will be destroyed. not only that if a something can soak water it will be infested with bacteria and other organisms in the summer season. please, viewers, let me know where I am wrong I am not at all into science I am just an economics student so please correct me if I am wrong.
